Made to Order: Please note that all of our products are made to order. This means that each item is custom-made specifically for you and is not pre-manufactured. As a result, please allow for production time before your order ready for pick-up. The estimated production time may vary depending on the complexity of the product and the current workload, but we will do our best to provide an accurate estimate. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that your order is made to order, and the production process may take some time. We cannot accept cancellations or provide refunds once production has begun. Thank you for your understanding.
