Ingredients


  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)


Preparation

Step 1

Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh into a food processor.



Step 2

Add the maple syrup, cocoa powder and almond milk.



Step 3

Process until smooth and creamy.



Step 4

Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.


Step 5

Spoon the mousse into small serving cups and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
