Enjoy a guilt-free treat with our Vegan Peanut Butter, Chocolate, and Blueberry Yogurt Bark. This delightful dessert is not only vegan, but also gluten-free and free from refined sugar. It combines the creamy richness of vegan yogurt, the satisfying depth of peanut butter, and the indulgent goodness of vegan chocolate, all sweetened naturally. The addition of a homemade blueberry jam brings a burst of fruity freshness, providing a balanced and vibrant flavor profile. This bark is the perfect choice for a wholesome snack, a decadent dessert, or a luxurious breakfast, offering both health and indulgence in every bite.

Ingredients
12-16 ounces vegan yogurtÂ
½ cup peanut butterÂ
2 tbsp maple syrupÂ
½ cup vegan chocolate melted
½ cup homemade blueberry Jam ( Optional)
Preparation
Step 1Â
 Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Step 2Â
Mix greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple together in a mixing bowl until well-combined.
Step 3Â
Spread the greek yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 4Â
Warm chocolate in a bowl using the microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth.
Step 5Â
Using a spoon, add dollops of melted chocolate to the yogurt mixture on the baking sheet.Â
Step 6
Using a toothpick, gently swirl the chocolate into the yogurt mixture.
Step 7Â
Add remaining toppings fruit, graham cracker crumbs, and/or nuts.
Step 8Â
Freeze the bark for a minimum of 4 hours until hardened.Â
Step 9
Then cut into pieces of your desired size.Â
Step 10Â
Transfer pieces of bark to a freezer bag and store up to 1 month. Enjoy!
