• Simple Mills Cracked Black Pepper Crackers: 1 box, pulsed for coating

• Nutritional Yeast: 2 tbsp (optional, for a cheesy flavor)

• Garlic Powder: 1/2 tsp

• Onion Powder: 1/2 tsp

• Almond Flour: 1 cup

• Salt: 1 tsp

• Black Pepper: 1 tsp

• Vegan Mayo: 1 tbsp

• Dijon Mustard: 2 tbsp (plus more for dipping sauce)

• Honey: 2 tbsp (for dipping sauce)

• Avocado Oil: 1 tbsp (for wet mix)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F.

Prepare the Tofu: Press excess water from the tofu and slice into tenders.

Prepare the Cracker Coating: In a food processor, pulse the crackers, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and onion powder until fine.

Set Up Breading Station: In one dish, mix almond flour, salt, and pepper. In another dish, place the cracker mixture.

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the vegan mayo, dijon mustard, garlic powder, and avocado oil.
