Ingredients

  • One package 12 ounces Broccoli

  • Half red onion sliced

  • 1/4 cup sliced Almonds

  • 1/4 cup rasins

Dressing

  • ½ cup almond butter

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 clove of garlic - crushed

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 5 tbsp water - or enough to reach desired consistency

  • ¼ tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine Broccoli, sliced red oinons, sliced almonds and rasins.


Step 2

Preapare dressing. In a seperate bowl mix all dressing ingredients well.


Step 3

Pour dressing over veggies and mix well. Drizzle with Date syrup (optional)
