Ingredients
1-¼ Cup Almond milk or plant based milk
1 cup cut berries or banana
1 tsp sliced almonds
1 tbsp 100% Maple Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Bring Almond milk to boil.
Step 2
Stir in Cream of Buckwheat.
Step 3
Add Maple syrup.
Step 4
Return to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes stirring frequently.
Step 5
Serve in a bowl and top with fruit and almond slices.
