Ingredients

 

  • 1 Pound Baby Gold Potatoes washed and cut in half

  • 1-2 TBSP Avocado oil

  • 1 TBSP old Bay seasoning 

  • 1 TBSP Garlic Powder

  • Pinch of Truffle Salt & ¼ Black Pepper: Seasoning to your preference

Preparation

Step 1

On a baking sheet place parchment paper.


Step 2

Lay the Potatoes, drizzle Avocado oil and add all seasonings.


Step 3

Mix well and place in a preheated oven turned to 385 ( Convect if available)  Uncovered For 1 hour.


Step 4

Bake for  30 to 40 minutes or until desired level of crispness is achieved.
