Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp chia (Grinded)

  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.



Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.




Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix together the applesauce, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.




Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Add Grinded Chia. Mix


Step 5

Fold in the chocolate chips.


Step 6

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.


Step 7

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.


Step 8

Let the brownies cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
