Ingredients
Oil of choice (I used avocado)
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp cassava flour
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
garlic Salt to taste
pepper to taste
Pasta of choice I used gluten free
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and sauté crushed garlic for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Add flour and mix well in.
Step 3
Add milk and the seasonings and simmer on lower heat for 5-6 minutes occasionally stirring until it thickens.
Step 4
Add pasta cooked to package instructions and serve
