Ingredients
2 slices Vegan/ Gluten Free Bread
Vegan Mozzarella
1 tbs Vegan Butter
Optional Tip ( Mix Equal parts veganaise and vegan butter together and use for outside of bread)Â
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a skillet on medium heat.
Step 2
Butter both slices of bread on both sides add veganaise to both slices of bread.
Step 3
Place bottom half in skillet. Add Vegan Cheese.
Step 4
Top with second half of bread with butter facing up.
Step 5
Flip once golden brown and cook on alternate side.Â
