Hi Estee, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.

Hi, I’m Estee. My journey began shortly after the birth of my first child when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto’s. Initially, I managed my condition with synthetic hormones but didn’t change my lifestyle, leading to ongoing debilitating symptoms.

As a young mother with three kids in four years, I often put my own needs last. However, when my youngest was two years old, I started researching autoimmunity more deeply. I realized that my diet and overall lifestyle were significant triggers for my symptoms. I decided to make gradual changes and slowly saw positive results, which amazed me.

This marked the beginning of my CleanLifestyle journey. Over the next twelve years, I experienced both highs and lows but remained committed to transforming my life. My biggest wish was for a guide to help me through this process, but I found limited resources available.
